Pommery Grand Cru Royal is a vintage cuvee from Champagne Pommery, made only when harvest is exceptional. The best grapes of a given vintage are used for this cuvee: the blend is an exclusive selection of only 7 Grands Crus, with 50% of Chardonnay and 50 % of Pinot Noir. This champagne has aged in bottle for at least 9 years on lees in our chalk cellars and then an additional 6 months after disgorging. Low dosage at 9g/L of sugar.
