Akishika Shuzo - Omachi Sake
Raw sake produced from the high qaulity Omachi rice variety. state-grown rice in Osaka using biodynamic farming practices. Breweries rarely grow their own rice, it is mainly pruchased and often from far away and poorly farmed sites. Akishika Shuzo's sakes are junmaishu, made without additives and just the four key components of water, rice, yeast and koji.
